Can I keep buying labels through Etsy?
Yes. Insure any package with a tracking number, whatever label it ships on.
What value is covered on a handmade item?
Coverage is for the item's actual value plus insured shipping costs, up to the amount you declare and the policy limits.
Who files the claim when a buyer's order arrives broken?
You do. The seller files the claim, and an approved payment goes to you.
Do you cover plants, seeds or glass?
No. Live plants, seeds, live animals, tobacco, and plate, float or stained glass are excluded. See the insurance terms.
Can I insure orders going overseas?
Yes. USPS international packages are covered up to $1,000, UPS and FedEx up to $5,000.
How do I pay?
Add funds to a prepaid balance by PayPal or card. No monthly fee, and unused balance can be refunded.
