Tracked, US-origin packages
Coverage applies to packages shipped from the US with a tracking number.
Limits depend on service
USPS domestic and UPS or FedEx: up to $5,000. USPS international and UPS SurePost or FedEx SmartPost: up to $1,000.
Insure the declared value
The price is based on the package value you enter, rounded up to the next rate band.

Signature confirmation required
Use the carrier’s direct or adult signature confirmation service, signed for at delivery, for:
Jewelry valued at $500 or more, including necklaces, earrings, watches, rings, bracelets and brooches.
Laptops, tablets, iPads and mobile phones, regardless of value. This applies to domestic and international shipments.
These items are not covered without the required carrier signature service. If that service is unavailable, they cannot be covered.

Accounts, bills, currency, cash in transit, evidence of debt, checks, money orders, cash on delivery (COD) payments, coins (collectible coins are not excluded, subject to the conditions below), securities and other negotiable papers, tickets, deeds, notes, gift cards, manuscripts, documents, neon items, hazardous material (per UPS Hazardous Materials List), televisions, monitors, screens, perishable cargo or similar property, eggs, any stone or ceramic slabs, automobiles, motorcycles, live animals, flowers, plants, seeds, cigarettes/cigars, cotton, tobacco, windows, plate glass, stained glass, float glass, guns and firearms (including kits), rocks (including geodes, crystals, amethyst, clusters, minerals, fossils and similar), and products containing cannabidiol (CBD).
Collectible merchandise, collectible coins, comic books, sports cards and similar items shipped to be graded and have their value established are excluded. These items are not excluded if they have already been graded and have their value established, were sold under a paid commercial invoice in the seven days before shipping, or have a Recent Appraisal as defined in the terms (from a certified appraiser, dated within 60 days before shipment).
Shipments involving illegal or controlled substances are also excluded. Other shipment and destination exclusions apply.
Auto-insure your connected stores

Excluded countries
Some destinations are excluded from coverage. Other destinations have transit-only coverage limits. Check the current terms and applicable sanctions before shipping.

No coverage for shipments sent to: Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Burma, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Republic of the Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote d’Ivoire), Liberia, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Venezuela.
Sanctions exclusions: Any location that would violate U.S. economic or trade sanctions, including OFAC restricted countries, is also excluded.
Additional destination limits: For shipments to Russia and the other destinations listed in the terms—Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan—coverage ceases when the aircraft touches down at the destination airport or when cargo is discharged from the overseas vessel at the destination port.
